Last month, China’s National Development and Reform Commission and Ministry of Commerce released their annual update to China’s Negative List for Foreign Investment and Free Trade Zone Negative List. The national list formalized openings in financial services, as well as the automotive, agriculture, construction, and other industries and will take effect on July 23.
