Chinese students in the United States contribute around $15 billion a year to the American economy. But Chinese students now face a range of hurdles, from visa restrictions to currency fluctuations to the fallout of increased bilateral tensions. We speak with Peggy Blumenthal, an expert at the Institute of International Education, about the importance of Chinese students in the United States.
