With new quarantine rules in China for travelers coming through certain countries, you may want to double check your itineraries before heading out. Our Shanghai office also held a meeting with the city’s Vice Mayor and a new draft policy might allow foreigners to apply for permanent residency.

This week we’re on the line with our Chief Representative in Shanghai, Owen Haacke.
